2025 WOMAC SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

Schedule

  • This is the schedule for the 14th Annual World Open Martial Arts Championship (WOMAC), which will be periodically updated as competitors register online and on the day of the event.
  • The schedule will also be displayed at the Competition on two large screen TVs, and dynamically updated as competitors continue to register and schedule adjustments are made.
  • Combat division times are rough estimates that try to account for multiple competition rounds (e.g., quarterfinals, semifinals, finals).
  • Competitors should plan to report to their assigned rings in advance of the estimated times.
  • All scheduled competition events will end no later than 5:00pm.

Gala: Saturday, October 25, 7:30pm – 9:30pm (Doors open at 7:00pm)

7:00-7:30pm: Doors open for Gala attendees and for socializing & hors d’oeuvres (Gala tickets on sale online & at the door)
7:30-8:30pm: Master demos, special awards & honors, Dan (black belt degree) ceremonies, and welcoming speeches
8:30-9:30pm: Festive dinner & social hour
 

Competition: Sunday, October 26, 9am-5pm (Doors open at 8:15am)

8:15am: Doors open for pre-registered check-in, new competitor registration, and spectator registration
8:30am: Combat events weigh-ins begin
9:00am: Special performance of the National Anthem & welcoming speeches
9:15am-12:30pm: Competition events
12:30-1:30pm: Catered lunch ($15 for adults & $10 for kids) by Sumiao Hunan Kitchen & Olive Garden Italian Kitchen (The Master demos, special awards and honors, Dan ceremonies, and welcoming speeches from the October 25th Gala, will be broadcast on the jumbotron during lunch.)
1:30-5:00pm: Competition events (continued)
