Family owned and operated, starting in Pleasantville, NY in 2005, with a second location in Nyack, NY (est June 2014) our mission is to provide all ages with the techniques and tools to have a healthy & well balanced life. Our goal is to build confident leaders through the vehicle of martial arts training.

We achieve this by giving our students not only the most efficient and practical self-defense tools available, but also personal development focused on setting/achieving your goals, leadership skills, & character development.
