Online Registration

To register for the U.S. Open Martial Arts Championship, first fill out the “Participant Information” section (required) and the “School Information” section (optional). Then select your first division by clicking on the first event under the “Form Competition Divisions:” section to select your first form competition division, or click the “Add Additional Event” button under the “Hero of Combat Divisions:” section to select your first combat division. To select additional divisions, click the “Add Additional Event” button. Next, click the checkbox under the “Purchase Summary” section to indicate that you have read and agree to all of the terms and conditions. Then input your credit card information and click the “Submit Payment & Register” button.
Do Not Click the “Submit Payment & Register” Button More Than Once.
